ABORTION IS MURDER!!
HAS IT EVER OCCURRED TO YOU THAT EVERYONE WHO
IS FOR ABORTION HAS ALREADY BEEN BORN?
The bloody butchers of the American
Holocaust have murdered at least 57,000,000 (57 million) babies
on their butcher blocks since the antichrist United States
Supreme Court legalized the murder of unborn babies in 1973.
TAKE A LOOK AT THE BABIES IN THE MARGINS OF THIS WEB PAGE.
Had these
baby murdering, bloody
butchers had their way all the babies in the margins would have
been torn apart on their butcher blocks: for a fee of course.
Abortion in the United States
of America is the American perpetrated holocaust against babies.
It is the murder of the innocents. The atrocities and genocides
of Adolph Hitler pale by comparison. America’s sexual revolution
has been paid for by the blood of aborted babies.
Abortion is the fruit of adultery, fornication and sexual
promiscuity in America. Unwanted babies are the reminders of the
fornication you participated in the the night before. The violation of God’s
laws governing sexual relationships by participating in
unbridled sexual affairs has consequences. God’s method of birth
control is not abortion or birth control pills. God’s method of
birth control is abstinence. If you think the sexual pleasure
you had the night before should be paid for by the execution of
a baby, you are dead wrong in the eyes of God. The act of
abortion is an act of murder in the eyes of God. What follows is
a description of the barbarity and atrocity that has resulted
from the unbridled sexual fornication of reprobate America.
|
Abortion is an act of violence against an innocent human being.
According to the Bible, abortion is murder. I am convinced that
any individual who can commit the Satanic, ungodly act of
abortion has a seared conscience. They are the same type of
individuals who worked in the Nazi death camps at Auschwitz and
Treblinka. If you have, or perform, an abortion you are putting
a child to death. While we believe that performing an abortion
is murder, we do not advocate taking justice into your own
hands. It is the duty of the state to prosecute and execute
those guilty of premeditated murder. Abortion is premeditated
murder. Regardless of whether abortion is legalized, where the
state will not execute judgement and justice for the murder of
the innocents, God will judge that nation. Making abortions
“legal” makes them nothing more than state sanctioned murder.
There is another form of birth control out there called sodomy
that God will judge this nation for.
For those of you who do not know it, Kathleen Sebelius, Obama’s
Health and Human Services Secretary, has mandated a rule that
will require enrollees in the healthcare exchange plan under
Obamacare to pay a $1 a month abortion surcharge. This is in
violation of federal law and a promise by Barack Hussein Obama
that there would be no federal money used to fund abortions
under Obamacare.
Let me state at the outset that abortion clinics are Satan’s
killing fields where mothers without natural affection pay
Satan’s devils to kill their unborn babies. Baby murdering
abortionists are another evil cadre in Satan’s pantheon of
devils . Abortion clinics are nothing more than Satan’s baby
murdering, human slaughterhouses. When dealing with a baby
murdering abortionist or abortion advocate never use the term
“fetus”. Always refer to the person whom they kill as a precious
baby. The most damnable decision ever of the United States
Supreme Court was the Roe vs Wade decision in 1973 that
legalized the murder of babies (euphemistically known as
abortion) nationally. Using figures that were available from the
National Right To Life Committee on October 29,2017, American
mothers, reprobate fathers, and state sanctioned baby killers
have murdered 60,042,185babies since the abominable Roe vs Wade
decision in 1973. What that means is that the blood of an annual
average of 1,364,595 babies cries up to God from the so-called
hallowed ground of America. The peak year in numbers for baby
killings was 1990 when state sanctioned murderers killed
1,608,600 babies In America. That means that one baby was
murdered every 19.6 seconds in 1990. That is 184 babies per hour
and 4,416 babies per day. The Satanic carnage decreased to
1,212,400 for 2011. What that means is that Satan’s abortionist
hit men and women murdered one baby every 26 seconds in America
in 2011. That equates to 3,323 abortions per day, or, 138
abortions per hour. Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion
provider in the world. Calling themselves Planned Parenthood is
a travesty. They should be called Planned Abortionhood. Planned
Parenthood is Satan’s American kingpin of baby killing hit men,
murdering one baby every 96 seconds in America in 2011. In
America, the peak years in terms of percentage of abortions
versus pregnancies were 1980 through 1983 when the abortion
rates averaged 30% of pregnancies per year in this abominable
branch of the nations known as the United States of America.
That equates to 300 abortions
for every 1,000 live births!!
To put the 60 million figure we quoted in the last paragraph in
perspective, it exceeds the combined populations of the
countries of Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Austria,
and Belgium. To put the figures in further perspective, consider
that the number of children aborted each year in America exceeds
the total number of American deaths in the Revolutionary War,
the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the
Vietnam war, and the Persian Gulf Wars combined. The combined
deaths for all these wars was 1,279,945.
In New York City in 2009, there were 398 abortions out of every
1,000 pregnancies. The top 10 baby murdering states in 2008 were
California with 214,190, New York with 153,110, Florida with
94,360, Texas with 84,610, Illinois with 54,920, New Jersey with
54,160, Pennsylvania with 41,000, Georgia with 39,820, Michigan
with 36,790, and Maryland with 34,290. In 2007 there were 196,00
abortions in the age group of 15-19, 395,000 in the age group
20-24, and 295,000 in the age group 25-29. The abortion rate
declined from an average of 2.74% in 1990 to an average of 1.95%
in 2007. There were 1,609,000 abortions in 1990 and 1,200,00
abortions in 2007. The abortion rate among white mothers
declined from a high of 2.15% in 1990 to a low of 1.38% in 2007.
The abortion rate among black mothers declined from a rate of
6.39% in 1990 to 4.82% in 2007. (Source: R.K. Jones and K.
Kooistra, “Abortion Incidence and Access to Services in the
United States, 2008). Nearly half of all women who get abortions
each year are repeat offenders. What that means is that they
have already had at least one abortion. There were more than
148,000 second an third trimester abortions in 2003 (Source:
National Right To Life Committee). Forty percent (40%) of minors
having an abortion report that neither of their parents knew
about the abortion.
In 2008, the following figures are given as a breakdown for the
abortions committed during that year:

These figures are from CDC reports. An analysis of these figures
indicate that 8.7% of these abortions, or 105,270, were second
trimester abortions.
In 2013, the following figures are given by abort73.com as a
breakdown for the abortions committed during that year:

An analysis of these figures indicate that 8.4% of these
abortions, or 89,911, were second trimester abortions. For the
total abortion statistics for the United States from 1973-2015
see page 4 of the table located

Those having had zero (0) previous live births constituted
188,874 (40.2 %) of the abortions in 2013; having had 1 previous
live birth constituted 122,464 (26.0%); having had 2 previous
live births constituted 92,275 (19.6%); having had 3 previous
live births constituted 41,425 (8.8%); and having had 4 previous
live births constituted 25,077 (5.3%). These figures do not
include figures from every state. In fact the figures do not
include the data for three of the biggest abortion states.
According to CDC:
“Data from 41 reporting areas;
excludes 11 areas (California, Connecticut, District of
Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, New York State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming)
that did not report, did not report by number of
previous births, or did not meet reporting standards.” |
However the figures do include New York City which reported
a total of 67,686 abortions according to Table 16 in the CDC
report for 2013. The total abortions reported in this table
was 470,115 (97.2%). What happened to the other 2.8% CDC
does not adequately explain. These figures do not include
huge numbers of the abortions that were performed in 2013 in
states who routinely do not report abortion statistics to
CDC.

What that means is that almost half, or 45%, of abortions
were performed on repeat offenders in 2013. As stated in the
quote above, these figures do not include huge numbers of
the abortions that were performed in 2013 in states such as
California who do not report abortion statistics to the
federal government.
The highest number of 2014 abortions occurred in California
(157,350), New York (119,940) and Florida (75,990); the
fewest occurred in Wyoming (120), South Dakota (550) and
North Dakota (1,260) (AGI). In 2013, approximately 37.4% of
all pregnancies in New York City (excluding spontaneous
miscarriages) ended in abortion (CDC).

An analysis of 2014 data available from the CDC, the Alan
Guttmacher Institute (AGI), and the table located
HERE will reveal that 11 states
dominate the abortion market. These 11 states include
California (157,350), New York (119,940), Florida (75,990),
Texas (55,230), New Jersey (44,460), Illinois (42,270),
Georgia (33,000), Pennsylvania (32,030), North Carolina
(29,960), Michigan (29,120), and Maryland (28,140). The
major reason the Texas figures are so high is that Texas has
the second highest population of the states in the union. An
investigation of this table will reveal that the top 11
states in percentages of pregnancies aborted include: New
York (31%), District of Columbia (29%), Delaware (27%),
Maryland (27%), New Jersey (26%), Connecticut (24%), Florida
(24%), Rhode Island (24%), California (23%), Massachusetts
(21%), and Nevada (21%). The table from which this data was
extracted also includes the racial distribution of abortion
data from 2013 when it was provided by the states.
40% of minors having an
abortion report that neither of their parents knew about
the abortion (AGI). 39 states currently enforce parental
consent or notification laws for minors seeking an
abortion: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL,
IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE,
NH, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, and
WY. The Supreme Court ruled that minors must have the
alternative of seeking a court order authorizing the
procedure (AGI).

disapprove of their minor child’s decision to have an

In mothers who were less than 15 years old, there were
13,000 baby murdering abortions in 1990, 9,000 in 2000, and
6,000 in 2007. According to CDC Table 5, Reported Abortions
Among Adolescents, for the year 2012 there were 2,213
abortions that were performed on girls that were 14 years
old or younger. These figures did not include 9 reporting
areas including California, District of Columbia, Florida,
Illinois, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, Vermont, and
Wyoming. California and Florida are the number 1 and number
3, respectively, abortion providers in the United States.

. In 2013 there were a total of
1,189 abortions performed on girls that were less than 15
years old. Of these 338 (28.4%) were white, 566 (47.6%)were
black , 57 (4.8%) were other (not defined by CDC), and 228
(19.2%) were Hispanic. In the age group 15-19 there were
41,177 (11.4%) abortions reported in 2013. These figures do
not include huge numbers of the abortions that were
performed in 2013. However, they are good to extract
statistical data from that will give us some very telling
percentages.
A partial birth abortion is one where the baby is pulled
almost completely through the birthing canal with the
exception of the head. The back of the baby’s head is then
brutally stabbed and opened up with a sharp object. The
baby’s brains is then sucked out. Partial birth abortions
are legal games that these monster’s play to keep from being
charged with murder. The snuff out the life of the baby
before he or she exits the womb. Therefore, it is not
“technically” murder. Here is what the web site abort73.com
has to say about this butchering process:
Though medical jargon helps
mask the barbarity of what is being described, it
remains a chilling account. There are two ways the
abortionist can get the baby's head (cranium) through
the mother's cervix. The head can be crushed with
forceps or it can be punctured with a sharp instrument
so that the brain can be removed by suction aspiration.
If the baby is delivered head first (cephalic
presentation), the top of the head (calvarium) can be
punctured externally! Because a portion of either the
baby's head or body is outside the womb before the
abortion takes place, lawmakers labeled the procedure,
"partial birth abortion."
Included in the statute of the 2003 Partial-Birth
Abortion Ban is the assertion that, "moral, medical, and
ethical consensus exists that the practice of performing
a partial-birth abortion… is a gruesome and inhumane
procedure that is never medically necessary and should
be prohibited." The reason I call this ban an absurdity
is not because I disagree with the law's assertion, but
because partial-birth abortion is no more "gruesome and
inhumane" than any other form of abortion. And if you
read the accounts of D&E and D&X side by side, you'd be
hard pressed to say that D&X is the more gruesome of the
two. In fact, one of the advantages the NAF attributes
to D&X is the opportunity it affords grieving mothers to
"hold an intact fetus." (173) By comparison, D&E tears
the baby's entire body to pieces.

Do the abortionists not understand how vile this sounds.
What, a “grieving mother to hold an intact fetus”, the very
baby that she has just participated in the murder of?!? That
Satanic sentiment is straight out of the pits of hell! These
people are nothing more than hired contract murderers; hit
men and women if you will.
Abortion is also used to much greater degree among Hispanic and
Black women. Though Hispanic women only represented 12.8% of the
population in 2000, they accounted for 20.1% of the total
abortions in the United States. During that same period, though
black women only represented 13.7% of the population, they
accounted for 31.7% of the total abortions in the United States.
Take note of the following quote from the web site
http://www.breitbart.com
:
Additionally, while black
Americans comprise 13.3 percent of the U.S. population,
they make up 36 percent of the total abortions
“reported” in 2013, according to the CDC’s latest
report. In 2014, the New York City Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene Office also released a report that
revealed more black babies are aborted than are born in
that city. During his mayoral campaign, pro-abortion New
York City Mayor Bill De Blasio pledged to partner with
Planned Parenthood to expand his city’s abortion
businesses and to wipe out pro-life pregnancy centers.

The following information on Planned Parenthood abortion
clinics is provided by the web site lifeissues.org:
Moreover, Protecting Black
Life, an outreach of Life Issues Institute, documented
in its 2012 research that Planned Parenthood targets
women of color for abortion by placing 79 percent of its
surgical abortion facilities within walking distance of
minority neighborhoods. Worse yet, our recent research
shows that the abortion giant has accelerated this
targeting of minorities near its 25 new abortion
mega-centers. Protecting Black Life evaluated the
populations within walking distance (2 mile radius) of
each of these 25 abortion mega-centers and found that an
alarming 88 percent (22 of 25) target women of color.
Disturbingly, 80 percent target Black communities, 56
percent target Hispanic/Latino neighborhoods and 80
percent target one or more colleges. In total, 96
percent (24 of 25) of the mega-centers target women of
color, college women, or both.

Planned Parenthood denies that there is racial profiling in
the location of their clinics, but the facts here tell a
different story. In the article just quoted, Protecting
Black Life shows how the Guttmacher Institute, a “former”
arm of Planned Parenthood, used zip code manipulation to
purposefully stack the data to falsely show that the
majority of Planned Parenthood clinics are not located in
minority neighborhoods. We would encourage to read the
entire article.
Again, in 2013 there were a total of 1,189 abortions

these 338 (28.4%) were white, 566 (47.6%)were black , 57
(4.8%) were other (not defined by CDC), and 228 (19.2%) were

Could there be an agenda here related to racial and ethnic
prejudices. It should be noted that the founder of Planned
Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a racist and a eugenist.
The whole cadre of leftists in America is anti American,
anti God, and antichrist to its wicked, vile, and violent
core. The leaders of the abortionists and evolutionists run
hand in hand with their eugenic and racist agenda. The
father of evolution, Charles Darwin, was a racist. In one of
the greatest acts of political deception that the world has
known, the United States Democratic Party pulled off one of
the greatest ideological political coupes in the history of
the world when they convinced blacks that the Democrat Party
was the party of and for blacks. The Democrat Party is the
party of the worst racists in American history. Any honest
person who researches the history will know that statement
is true. The Democrat Party is the party of abortionists who
have promoted black genocide through their racist abortion,
evolution, and socialist humanist agenda.

Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the
world. Note the following quote from the National Right To
Life Committee:
The web site abort73.com made the following statement:
It's also worth mentioning that
98% of the pregnant women who visit Planned Parenthood
for counseling (the nation's largest abortion chain) end
up having an abortion. Less than half of one percent
choose adoption. Abortion clinics don't deliver babies.
They kill babies (and sell birth control), which is why
it's absurd to suggest that the physicians in their
employ are objectively concerned about what's in the
best interest of their "patients." As former Planned
Parenthood director, Abby Johnson, reveals, Planned
Parenthood's primary operating objective is to keep
their abortion revenue up.

Planned Parenthood would more appropriately called Planned
Deathhood. To call anything that promotes abortion “planned
parenthood” does extreme violence to the English language.
How can anyone be called a parent who would execute the very
child to whom they are supposed to be the mother or father
to?!? What hypocrites! It is deception to name an
organization “Planned Parenthood”that is the biggest single
abortion provider in the United States. They are dedicated
to the destruction of millions of would be homes and would
be parents. They do not have a clue what parenthood is all
about.
Planned Parenthood is a money making machine that pays huge
salaries to its management. Note the following figures:
Planned Parenthood reports that
over 40 of its executives earned salaries of $200,000 or
more over the years 2009 to 2013. One Planned Parenthood
employees earned $311,497. Three other Planned
Parenthood employees earned between $377,000 and
$399,00. Two Planned Parenthood employees earned between
$439,000 and $460,000. From 2009 to 2013, Planned
Parenthood and its related organizations paid President
Cecile Richards more than $2.47 million, which includes
$590,928 for 2013. [Source: Congressional Oversight

Abortion is a lucrative INDUSTRY for Planned Parenthood.
Since the abominable Roe versus Wade Supreme Court decision
in 1973, Planned Parenthood has steadily increased its
MARKET SHARE of the ABORTION MARKET. It started at a low of
.67% of the MARKET in 1973 and by the end of 2011 had
increased its MARKET SHARE to 31.59%. There has not been a
year since 1973 that Planned Parenthood’s MARKET SHARE has
not increased. Make no mistake about it, they are in the
business of generating revenues from the massacre of
innocent babies. Since Roe versus Wade in 1973, Planned
Parenthood has murdered 5,953,918 on its baby chopping
blocks.
The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) took in
$1.296 billion in revenues in the fiscal year ending on
6/30/15. Your tax dollars alone accounted for 42.7% of
PPFA’s annual revenue, a total of $553,700,000 in government
grants and reimbursements. Major private contributors to
PPFA include billionaire financier Warren Buffett and
Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Planned Parenthood’s estimated
revenue from abortion in 2015 was at least $155,519,500...

As stated in their 2015/2016 annual business report for the
year ending June 30, 2016 Planned Parenthood had total
revenues of $1.354 billion with $554,600,000 of that coming
from government funding. This “non-profit” organization had
$77,5000,000 in profits for this reporting period. They
performed 328,348 abortions during that period. By our
reckoning, Planned Parenthood generated at least
$151,600,000 in revenue from abortions in the year ended
June 30, 2016. Their revenues from abortions were probably
much higher since we used the lower of the two figures from
the fee schedule posted on the internet from Planned
Parenthood’s Western Pennsylvania Clinic’s web site located
at:
Planned Parenthood has been caught red handed violating
Federal laws prohibiting the sale of baby parts. United
States Code 42 U.S.C. 289g-2 states:

Note the following documentation provided by The Center For
Medical Progress (CMP):
According to contracts and
invoices, the real-life fetal organ and tissue
wholesaler companies Novogenix, StemExpress, and
Advanced Bioscience Resources all made monthly payments
to Planned Parenthood based on the number of resalable
fetal specimens the wholesalers’ workers could harvest
inside the abortion clinics. Planned Parenthood told
Congressional investigators it kept no contemporaneous
records of actual costs for reimbursement under the law.
The Novogenix contract promises Planned Parenthood Los
Angeles $45 “per donated specimen.” Planned Parenthood
Los Angeles does over 15,000 abortions every year, but
has never publicly admitted how much money they received
total under their contract with Novogenix. In December
2016, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House
Select Investigative Panel both referred Planned
Parenthood Los Angeles and Novogenix to the FBI and U.S.
Department of Justice for further investigation and
criminal prosecution.
CMP project lead David Daleiden notes, “The fact that
Novogenix, StemExpress, and ABR stationed their own
workers inside Planned Parenthood abortion clinics to
perform the harvesting, packaging, and transport of
aborted baby body parts demonstrates that Planned
Parenthood had no reimbursable costs under the law. The
volume-based sums that Planned Parenthood charged these
businesses for baby parts are criminal trafficking and
profiteering in fetal body parts. The U.S. Department of
Justice should take heed of the Congressional
investigations’ criminal referrals and prosecute Planned
Parenthood to the full extent of the law, and taxpayers
must stop being forced to subsidize Planned Parenthood’s
criminal abortion empire.”

The Center For Medical Progress is the organization whose
journalists went undercover and recorded videos that
implicated Planned Parenthood clinics in the promotion of
the sale of baby tissue whose abortions were specifically
performed with the intent of delivering whole organs
including hearts, brains, and livers to buyers. That was
done in violation of United States Code 42 U.S.C. 289g-2.
The web site for the Center For Medical Progress is located
at: http://www.centerformedicalprogress.org/ . After the
United States Congress completed their investigation of
Planned Parenthood, they referred several Planned Parenthood
clinics and their buyers to the FBI and the Justice
Department for criminal investigation, indictment, and
prosecution.
Unfortunately, the Center For Disease Control (CDC) Atlanta
has stopped providing abortion statistics. We understand
that CDC stopped in 2014. Most of the statistics that are
available are coming from the pro abortion Alan Guttmacher
Institute (AGI). In the year 2017 a baby is being murdered
(aborted) on average of one every 34 seconds in the United
States of America. What that equates to is 2,550 babies a
day. Where is the government reporting?
Most of the time, government abortion statistics from
reporting agencies such as the Center For Disease Control
(CDC) cannot be trusted because many times they do not
include statistics from many states including some very
large states such as California. California statistics are
omitted in all these reports. Since 2001, California has not
made abortion statistics publicly available. In other words,
the figures are not a matter of public record. When
California’s statistics are omitted, the statistics are
extremely misleading and skewed since California is the
number one baby killing state in the United States. From the
last reporting period, California, Maryland, and New
Hampshire were excluded from the government statistics. To
exclude California from the statistics, is to exclude 18% of
the abortions performed in America. Maryland performs
roughly 3% of the abortions in America. Between these two
mass murderers, roughly 21% of the baby killings take place.
Therefore, the CDCs figures are inaccurate and do not
reflect how serious the issue is. The CDCs most recent
report, Abortion Surveillance, issued on November 25, 2011
only reports figures through 2008. Five examples will serve
to illustrate the inaccuracies and under reporting contained
in this CDC report. Table 1 from this report did include
figures from Alaska (1999-2002), California (1999-2008),
Louisiana (2005), Maryland (2007-2008), New Hampshire
(1999-2008), Oklahoma (1999), and West Virginia (2003-2004).
Table 2 also did not reflect any California figures. Table 4
did not include figures from California, Florida, Maryland,
New Hampshire and Wyoming. Table 5 did not include figures
from California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, New
Hampshire, and Wyoming. This report includes 25 tables and
it is not unusual to see the data missing from at least ten
(10) states. One of the major sources of information on
abortion statistics is the Guttmacher Institute, which is an
arm of the wicked and ungodly Planned Parenthood baby
killing machine. The abortion figures from the Guttmacher
Institute are almost always higher than the statistics
supplied through the federal government organizations such
as the Centers For Disease Control (CDC). What all this
reveals is that the figures are being way under reported
especially since the numbers are much higher for the pro
abortion Guttmacher Institute, an arm of Planned Parenthood.
It is to the political and economic benefit of these
pro-abortion organizations that the enormity of the problem
not be known.
If the federal government and state governments are going to
sanction and/or legalize the murder of babies, there should
be a federal law requiring every abortion that is performed
anywhere in United States territory to be reported to the
federal government. That law should specify criminal
penalties and jail terms for those who refuse to meet
reporting standards or are criminally negligent in meeting
reporting requirements. There should be some statistical
reporting rules and standards established that require every
abortionist to report their abortions. A federal reporting
form should be created that would require the reporting of
the date of the abortion, the city and state of residence of
the person seeking the abortion, the age of the mother, the
race of the mother, the race of the father, number of babies
involved in the abortion, whether the parental consent of
BOTH parents was given by the parents of a minor child, the
number of weeks into the pregnancy, marital status, number
of previous abortions, number of previous live births,
whether rape was involved, whether incest was involved, the
reason the mother felt the abortion was necessary, the total
cost of the abortion, what the exact source of the payment
for the abortion was, the exact abortion procedure used, the
name of the abortionist performing the abortion, and the
name of the abortion clinic or facility used. Every hospital
and abortion provider should be required to issue a death
certificate for each abortion performed. Federal law
prohibits the payment for abortions from federal funds.
Federal law should prohibit the federal government from
providing any Federal funds to any business that provides
abortions. That is the only way that abortion businesses can
be stopped from “piggy backing” Federal funds for abortions
on top of so-called women’s reproductive health services.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS IN BRIEF
(Back To
Top)
|
Abortion was legalized in the United States in 1973 by the
United States Supreme court in the Roe vs Wade abominable
decision. The following twenty-two (22) Supreme Court decisions
have impacted the ungodly abortion laws in the United States
(Source: National Right To Life Committee: Supreme Court
Decisions Abortion) (Note: As of October 24, 2017, the Supreme
Court has much more than 22 items listed on its web pages that
deal with abortion. So, there is much more than the 22 items
included here): |
Roe v. Wade
1973 Relying
on an unstated “right of privacy" found in a “penumbra” of the
Fourteenth Amendment, the Court effectively legalized abortion
on demand throughout the full nine months of pregnancy. Although
the Court mentioned the state's possible interest in the
“potentiality of human life" in the third trimester, legislation
to protect that interest would be gutted by mandated exceptions
for the “health” of the mother (see Doe below).
Doe v. Bolton
1973 Companion case to Roe, Doe broadly defined
the “heath” exception so that any level of distress or
discomfort would qualify and gave the abortionist final say over
what qualified: “The medical judgment may be exercised in the
light of all factors–physical, emotional, psychological,
familial, and the woman's age–relevant to the well being of the
patient. All these factors may relate to “health." Because the
application of the health exception was left to the abortionist,
legislation directly prohibiting any abortion became practically
unenforceable.
Bigelow v. Virginia,
Connecticut v. Menillo 1975 Bigelow allowed
abortion clinics to advertise. Menillo said that despite
Roe, state prohibitions against abortion stood as applied
to nonphysicians; states could also authorize non-physicians to
perform abortions. Singleton
v. Wulff 1976 Allowed abortionists to challenge
abortion-funding restrictions on behalf of their female
patients. Previously, only a patient had standing in abortion
cases, so this ruling had a significant impact on abortion
litigation.
Planned Parenthood of
Central Missouri v. Danforth 1976 The court rejected
a parental consent requirement and decided that (married)
fathers had no rights in the abortion decision. Furthermore, the
Court struck down Missouri's effort to ban the saline
amniocentesis abortion procedure, in which salt injected into
the womb slowly and painfully poisons the child.
Maher v. Roe, Beal v. Doe
1977 States are not required to fund abortions,
though they can if they choose. A state can use funds to
encourage childbirth over abortion.
Poelker v. Doe
1977 A state can prohibit the performance of abortions in public
hospitals.
Colautti v. Franklin
1979 Although Roe said states could pursue an
interest in the “potential life” of the unborn child after
viability (Roe placed this at the third trimester), the
Court struck down a Pennsylvania statute that required
abortionists to use the abortion technique most likely to result
in live birth if the fetus is viable.
Bellotti v. Baird (II)*
1979 Set the standard for parental consent legislation.
The Court struck down a Massachusetts law requiring a minor to
obtain the consent of both parents before obtaining an abortion,
insisting that states wanting to offer a “judicial bypass”
exception by which the child could demonstrate her maturity to a
judge or show that the abortion would somehow be in her best
interest. *In Bellotti v. Baird (l) 1976, the Court
returned case to the state court on a procedural issue.
Harris v. McRae
1980 The Court upheld Hyde Amendment, which restricted federal
funding of abortion to cases here the mother’s life was
endangered (rape and incest exceptions were later added). The
Court said states could distinguish between abortion and "other
medical procedures" because “no other procedure involves the
purposeful termination of a potential life.” While the Court
insisted that a woman had a right to an abortion, the state was
not required to fund the exercise of that right.
Williams v. Zbaraz
1980 States are not required to fund abortions that are
not funded by the federal government, but can opt to do so.
HL v. Matheson
1981 Upholding a Utah statute, the Court ruled that a state
could require an abortionist to notify one of the minor girl's
parents before performing an abortion without a judicial bypass.
City of Akron v. Akron
Center for Reproductive Health 1983 The Court struck
down an ordinance passed by the City of Akron requiring: (1)
that abortionists inform their clients of the medical risks of
abortion, of fetal development and of abortion alternatives; (2)
a 24- hour waiting period after the first visit before obtaining
an abortion; (3) that second- and third-trimester abortions be
performed in hospitals; (4) one-parent parental consent with no
judicial bypass; (5) and the “humane and sanitary” disposal of
fetal remains. Later, the Court reversed some of this ruling in
Casey.
Planned Parenthood
Association of Kansas City v. Ashcroft 1983 Upheld a
Missouri law requiring that post-viability abortions be attended
by a second physician and that a pathology report be filed for
each abortion.
Simopoulos v. Virginia
1983 Affirmed conviction of an abortionist for performing
a second-trimester abortion in an improperly licensed facility.
Thornburgh v. American
College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists 1986
Struck down a Pennsylvania law requiring: (1) that abortionists
inform their clients regarding fetal development and the medical
risks of abortion; (2) reporting of information about the mother
and the unborn child for second- and third-trimester abortions;
(3) that the physician use the method of abortion most likely to
preserve the life of a viable unborn child; and (4) the
attendance of a second physician in post-viability abortions.
Later, the Court reversed some of this ruling (see Casey
below).
Webster v. Reproductive
Health Services 1989 Upheld Missouri statute
prohibiting the use of public facilities or personnel for
abortions and requiring abortionists to determine the viability
of the unborn child after 20 weeks.
Hodgson v. Minnesota, Ohio
v. Akron Center for Reproductive Health 1990 In
Hodgson, struck down Minnesota statute requiring two-parent
notification without a judicial bypass, but upheld the same
provision with a judicial bypass. In the same decision, the
Court allowed a 48- hour waiting period for minors following
parental notification. In Ohio v. Akron, the Court upheld
one-parent notification with judicial bypass.
Rust v. Sullivan
1991 Upheld federal regulation prohibiting Title X family
planning clinic personnel from counseling or referring women
regarding abortion. If a clinic physically and financially
separated abortion services from family planning services, the
family planning component could still receive Title X money.
Relying on Maher and Harris, the Court emphasized that
the government is not obliged to fund abortion-related services,
even if it funds parental care or childbirth.
Planned Parenthood of
Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey 1992 By a sharply
divided vote of 5-4, the Court reaffirmed the “central holding”
of Roe, but in a 7-2 vote, suggested that states could
pursue their interest in "potential" life, explicitly overruling
parts of Akron and Thomburg by allowing informed
consent requirements (that the woman be given information on the
risks of abortion and on fetal development), a mandatory 24-hour
waiting period following receipt of the information, the
collection of abortion statistics, and a required one-parent
consent with judicial bypass. Spousal notification provisions,
however, were held unconstitutional.
Mazurek v. Armstrong
1997 Upheld Montana law requiring that only licensed
physicians perform abortions.
Stenberg v. Carhart
2000 Nebraska (as did more than half the other states)
passed a law to ban partial-birth abortion, a method in which
the premature infant (usually in the fifth or sixth month) is
delivered alive, feet first, until only the head remains in the
womb. The abortionist then punctures the baby's skull and
removes her brain. On a 5-4 vote, the Court struck down the
Nebraska law (and thereby rendered the other state laws
unenforceable, as well). The five justices said that the
Nebraska legislature had defined the method too vaguely. In
addition, the five justices held that Roe v. Wade
requires that an abortionist be allowed to use even this method,
even on a healthy woman, if he believes it is the safest method.
Gonzales v. Carhart
2007 Stating that, in light of Casey, the state
did have an interest in protecting fetal life, and that the law
did not impose an “undue burden,” the court upheld the federal
version of the Partial-birth Abortion Act, passed by Congress
and signed by President George W. Bush in 2003. The court was
satisfied that the language of the statute was clear.

Thirty-five
(35) states currently enforce parental consent or notification
laws for minors seeking an abortion: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA,
IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI , MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OH,
OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, and WY. The Supreme
Court ruled that minors must have the alternative of seeking a
court order authorizing the procedure. For an up to date table

HERE .The U.S. Congress has
barred the use of federal Medicaid funds to pay for abortions,
except when the woman's life would be endangered by a full-term
pregnancy or in cases of rape or incest. Pro-abortion activists
lied to the American people, Congress, and President Clinton
during the debates to ban partial-birth abortion by stating that
the procedure was rarely performed except in the case where the
life of the mother was at stake. The fact is, that the procedure
was/is performed most frequently on healthy mothers carrying
healthy babies. That was the case then in 1997 and it is still
the case today in 2012. For documentation on the lies that
were told click

WARNING: THIS IS VERY GRAPHIC. Thirty-three (33)states
have enacted laws to ban partial-birth abortions. Twelve (12) of
these state laws have been permanently blocked by a court order
as of October 1, 2017. Twelve (12) of these states have laws
that are in effect as of October 1, 2017. Though they have not
been challenged, seven (7) states have laws that are assumed to
be unenforceable by the US Supreme Court’s 2000 decision in
Stenberg vs Carhart overturning the Nebraska law. In one state,
the law is temporarily enjoined pending court review. For a PDF

specific states click

According to Abort73.com,
seventeen (17) states (AK, AZ,
CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, MT, NJ, NM, NY, OR, VT, WA and WV)
do use public funds to pay for abortions for some poor women.
About 14% of all abortions in the United States are paid for
with public funds (virtually all from the state). [Source:

Abortion is big business in the United States with abortions
costing at least $450 in 2011. What that means is that the
abortion industry generated at least $545,580,000 in 2011. Note
that as of October 24, 2017 that the cheapest abortions cost
$415 according to the above fee schedule. It is significant to
note that Planned Parenthood makes much of their claim that the
“majority (?!?)” of their services are not for abortions which
is a bogus claim that manipulates statistics to make an abortion
have the same statistical weight as a pregnancy test, breast
exam, or a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) test. That is a
deceitful practice that is designed to deceive Americans since
Planned Parenthood counts on most Americans not to analyze the
“whys” and “wherefores” of their statistics. No honest person
would even consider equating an abortion with an STD test. It is
also significant to note that there are no fee schedules for any
procedures other than abortions posted to the web site for
Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania. There is but one
conclusion that can be drawn from that. Then primary focus of
their business is abortion. Planned Parenthood is the largest
single provider of baby killings in the United States. Planned
Parenthood receives almost one-third of it revenues from
abortions. Planned Parenthood received 41% of its budget from
government funding in the year ended June 30, 2016. Planned
Parenthood reported that they performed 329,445 abortions in
2010 with 31% of their revenues coming from abortions. That
would be $148,250,250 from abortions. Under Obamacare, that
figure is expected to grow to $1.7 billion. Under Obamacare, the
entire abortion industry is expected to grow to $7.2 billion.
These figures only apply when the abortion is performed at ten
weeks or less into the pregnancy. Some late term abortions can
cost as much as $3,000. During 2010, “Planned Parenthood” only
referred 841 pregnant mothers for adoption services. That figure
is equal to .25% of the abortions they performed. The Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) allows taxpayers to deduct the cost of an
abortion as a medical expense. That practice should be stopped
since it circumvents the intent of federal law that prohibits
federal funding for abortions.
In the reporting period for 2015-2016 ending in June 2016, only
made available in the last week of May 2017, Planned Parenthood
reported that they performed 328,348 abortions (up 4,300 from
the previous year), had total revenues of $1.3543 billion,
government funding of $554.6 million, and $77.5 million in
profit. Again, that means that 41% of Planned Parenthood
revenues came from government funding in 2016. Remember that
Planned Parenthood is supposed to be a non profit organization!

THE BUTCHERING, TORTURING, AND
POISONING ACTS OF THE
ABORTIONISTS
There are nine basic methods
of aborting (killing/murdering) babies. These include very early
abortion, suction aspiration/vacuum curettage, dilation and
curettage (D&C), RU 486, methotrexate, dilation and evacuation
(D&E), instillation methods, partial birth abortion, and
hysterotomy. The following materials is a direct quote from the
National Right
To Life Committee document entitled Abortion Techniques.
Very Early Abortion |
Designed to be used
as soon as pregnancy can be chemically detected. After
widening the cervix, the abortionist inserts into the
uterus a long flexible tube which is attached to a
vacuum syringe. Using ultrasound, the abortionist
locates the tiny human embryo in the womb and applies
suction to tear the developing baby from the uterine
wall. |
Suction
Aspiration/Vacuum Curettage
For An Illustration
A powerful suction
tube with a sharp cutting edge is inserted into the womb
through the dilated cervix. The suction dismembers the
body of the developing baby and tears the placenta from
the wall of the uterus, sucking the contents into a
collection bottle. |
Dilitation and Curettage (D&C) |
Here, the cervix is
dilated or stretched to permit the insertion of a loop
shaped steel knife. The body of the baby is cut in
pieces and removed and the placenta is scraped off the
uterine wall. (Note from the author: This procedure is
not always wrong. It is a procedure that is followed by
a doctor following the miscarriage of a baby that some
mother is trying to carry to full term). |
RU 486 |
The RU 486 procedure
requires at least three trips to the abortion facility.
In her first visit, the woman is given the RU 486 pills,
which block the action of progesterone, the natural
hormone vital to maintaining the rich nutrient lining of
the uterus. The developing baby starves as the nutrient
lining disintegrates. At a second visit 36 to 48 hours
later, the woman is given a dose of artificial
prostaglandins, usually misoprostol, which initiates
uterine contractions to expel the body of the embryonic
baby. A third visit about two weeks later determines if
the abortion has taken place. At least 4% must return
for surgical abortions. |
Methotrexate |
Another multi-visit
procedure. In the first visit a woman receives an
intramuscular injection of Methotrexate, a powerful drug
anti-metabolite which is often used to fight cancer.
Methotrexate attacks the fast growing cells of the
trophoblast, the tissue surrounding the embryo that
eventually gives rise to the placenta. As the
trophoblast breaks down, the baby dies as she is
deprived of needed food, oxygen, and fluids. A
prostaglandin suppository given three to seven days
later triggers expulsion of the child from the woman’s
uterus. Sometimes this occurs in the next few hours, but
often a second dose of prostaglandin is required. Those
shown to be still pregnant in later visits (at least 1
in 25) are given surgical abortions, |
Dilation and Evacuation

|
Forceps with sharp
metal jaws are used to grasp parts of the developing
baby, which are then twisted and torn away. This
continues until the baby’s entire body is removed from
the womb. Because the baby’s skull has been hardened to
bone by this time, the skull must sometimes be
compressed or crushed to facilitate removal.
(Click

before the Judiciary Committee of the U. S. House Of
Representatives on May 17, 2012) |
Instillation Methods |
After fluid is
withdrawn, chemicals are injected into the amniotic sac
to kill the baby and initiate contractions. Saline
poisons the child and burns the baby’s skin. Other
methods such as urea and prostaglandins mainly work by
initiating violent contractions, but are generally lest
effective as saline. Sometimes, chemicals such as
potassium chloride or digoxin are injected directly into
the baby’s heart, triggering cardiac arrest. |
Partial-Birth Abortion
For An Illustration
|
Used in the fifth and
sixth months of pregnancy, and sometimes later. Guided
by ultrasound, the abortionist reaches into the uterus,
grabs the unborn baby’s leg with forceps, and pulls the
baby into the birth canal, except for the head, which is
deliberately kept just inside the womb (At this point in
the abortion, the baby is alive). Then the abortionist
punctures the base of the baby’s skull with a long
surgical scissors or other instrument. He enlarges the
wound and inserts a catheter (tube), which is connected
to a powerful suction machine that sucks the baby’s
brain out. The abortionist then with draws the now
collapsed skull from the uterus. |
Hysterotomy |
Similar to the
Caesarean Section, this method is generally used if
chemical methods such as salt poisoning or
prostaglandins fail. Incisions are made in the abdomen
and uterus and the baby, placenta, and amniotic sac are
removed. |
|
|
RU486 is a very dangerous
drug that causes heavy prolonged bleeding, pain, nausea,
diarrhea, vomiting, infection, fatigue, fainting, skin
conditions, anemia, asthenia, hot flashes, heart palpitations,
breast conditions, mood changes, and thirst. The National Right
To Life Committee documented the dangers of RU486 and the deaths
of eleven (11) mothers from the use of RU486. One of these
mothers was 16 years old. For the full report click on the

DOES ABORTION CAUSE THE BABY
PAIN?
One of the
most important questions that is almost never discussed is
whether an unborn baby can feel pain. An unborn baby has less
legal protection from feeling pain than do animals that are
taken into a slaughterhouse. The following information is
directly quoted from the National Right To Life Committee report
“Pain Of The Unborn” that was published in 2004:
While an
unborn child cannot verbally express the pain she experiences,
all biological indicators suggest unborn children are capable of
feeling pain by at least 20 weeks.
● |
18 Days: Brain |
The
brain begins to take shape only 18 days after
conception. By 20 days, the brain has already
differentiated into forebrain, midbrain, and hind brain,
and the spinal cord has started to grow. |
● |
5 Weeks: Pain
Receptors |
Four
or five weeks after conception, pain receptors appear
around the mouth, followed by nerve fibers, which carry
stimuli to the brain. By 18 weeks, pain receptors have
appeared throughout the body. Around week 6, the unborn
child first responds to touch. |
● |
6 Weeks: Cortex
|
In
weeks 6-18, the cerebral cortex develops. By 18 weeks
the cortex has a full complement of neurons. In adults,
the cortex has been recognized as the center of pain
consciousness. |
● |
8 Weeks: Thalamus |
During weeks 8-16, the thalamus develops, functioning as
the main relay center in the brain for sensory impulses
going from the spinal cord to the cortex. |
● |
14-18 Wks: Nerve
Tracts |
In
week 18, nerve tracts connecting the spinal cord and the
thalamus are established, and nerves from the thalamus
first contact the cortex in week 20. Nerve fibers not
routed through the thalamus have already reached the
cortex by 14 weeks. |
● |
18 Wks: Stress
Hormones |
As
early as 18 weeks, stress hormones are released by an
unborn child injected by a needle, just as they are when
adults feel pain. Hormone levels in those babies
decrease as pain-relievers are supplied. |
● |
Before
18 Weeks? |
Even
before nerve tracts are fully established, the unborn
child may feel pain; studies show anencephalic infants,
whose cortex is severely reduced if not altogether
missing, may experience pain as long as other
neurological structures are functioning. |
● |
20 Wks: All Parts in
Place |
With
pain receptors, spinal cord, nerve tracts, thalamus, and
cortex in place, all anatomical links needed for pain
transmission to the brain, for feeling pain, are
present. |
|
In this same
article, perintalogist (doctor for problem pregnancies) Steven
Calvin stated: “The neural pathways are present for pain to be
experienced quite early by unborn babies.”. The article went on
to state: Scientific evidence suggests abortion is
excruciatingly painful for the unborn child.
Neurologist Dr. Paul Renalli stated:
“At
20 weeks, the fetal brain has the full complement of brain cells
present in adulthood, ready and waiting to receive pain signals
from the body, and their electrical activity can be be recorded
by standard electroencephalography (EEG)”.
Dr. Robert J. White stated:
An
unborn child at 20 weeks gestation “is fully capable of
experiencing pain... Without question, [abortion] is a
dreadfully painful experience for any infant subjected to such a
surgical procedure.”.
The article reached three conclusions concerning the pain of the
unborn:
1. That between weeks 20
and 30 the unborn baby has more pain receptors per square inch than
at any time before or after birth.
2. Pain inhibition is
not fully developed until after a child has been born.
3. The unborn child’s
experience of pain is actually heightened.

THE DANGERS OF ABORTION TO THE
MOTHER
Some of the
women’s health risks associated with abortion include (Source:
National Right To Life “Abortion Physical Complications”):
1. Damage to uterus
leading to future reproductive problems.
2. Future infertility
doubling the risk of future sterility.
3. 50% increased tubular
pregnancy for one abortion, 90% for two abortions.
4. Increased risk of
miscarriage.
5. Increased risk of
premature births leading to increased infant death rates and
cerebral palsy.
Surgical Abortion Related
6. Infection, sepsis,
and endometritis.
7. Cervical lacerations.
8. Uterine, bladder, and
bowel perforations.
9. Pelvic inflammatory
disease.
Chemical Abortion Related
(RU286)
10. Severe pain, cramping,
nausea, and diarrhea.
11. Hemorrhage, infection,
and rupture of ectopic.
Abortion Related Causes Of
Death
12. A 30% increased risk
for breast cancer. Abortion has also been linked to higher rates
of cervical and ovarian cancer.
13. Death to the mother
caused by anesthesia, infection, hemorrhage, ruptured ectopic
pregnancy, and embolism
14. More
than 350** deaths of mothers have resulted from legal abortions in
the United States.
In 2012, four women died as
a result of complications from known legal induced abortion;
between 1973-2012, 427 women have died as a result of legal
abortion (CDC). The number of deaths attributable to legal
induced abortion was highest before the 1980s (CDC). In 1972
(the year before abortion was federally legalized), a total of
24 women died from causes known to be associated with legal
abortions, and 39 died as a result of known illegal abortions
(CDC). 5
THE
EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL, AND SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF ABORTION

There is also no end to the
emotional and psychological pains the mother will continue to
suffer throughout their lives. Abortion affects present and
future relationships. Abortion leads to self abuse and suicide.
There is much post abortion emotional and mental anguish. How do
abortions affect relationships?
Not considered in many
abortion decisions is the long term impact it will have on
relationships. Under God, parents do not have the right to force
their child to have an abortion. Under God, a child does not
have the right to make the decision to abort a baby. When
ungodly parents force abortions, it will affect their
relationships with their pregnant child for the rest of their
lives. At some point in time the grandparents will wonder what
the child would have looked like and how they would have turned
out had the baby not been aborted. Out of wedlock conceptions
create problems in family relationships anyhow. Decisions to
have abortions only further complicate those problems and add
the sin of murder to the sin of fornication. The root cause of
the abortion problem is the violation of God’s laws against sex
outside of marriage. Where forgiveness is not forthcoming, abortions
performed without parental notification can create lifetime
rifts in relationships between child and parent. Abortions also
create problems in the relationships a woman has with her male
partner. Many times the battle over abortion will create
irreconcilable differences between the partners. Divorces and
breakups are quite common even in what had been stable
relationships. Statistically speaking, mothers who have
abortions are much more likely to abuse other children they may
have. Relationships with future partners will also be affected
by past abortions resulting in an atmosphere of shame where the
woman will keep secret from her partner past abortions. Many
women who have had abortions become withdrawn from people in
general. They end up needing counseling.
In counseling sessions with women who have had abortions,
professional counselors have identified the following
characteristics:
“intense fear, anxiety, sense of helplessness
feeling of loss of control emotional numbing, difficulty
recalling event guilt, pain, grief, depression,
irritability, angry outbursts, aggressive behavior sleep
difficulties, sexual dysfunction flashbacks, nightmares,
anniversary reactions withdrawal from relationships,
avoidance of children pessimism regarding future drug,
alcohol abuse, suicidal thoughts.” [http://www.nrlc.org/uploads/factsheets/FS07AbortionPsychoSocial.pdf

Note also the following comments from the National Right To Life
Committee:
“Women who have abortions are more likely to abuse
their other children. Not surprisingly, children of
aborting women have higher rates of behavior
problems....More than half of women reporting post
abortion problems say they have thought of suicide, with
28% actually attempting it. Government researchers in
Finland found the suicide rate for women having
abortions was three times the national average and
nearly six times what it was for women giving birth.”

There is much increased incidence of substance abuse, emotional
problems, and psychiatric admissions among women and children
having had abortions. These include:
“Greater alcohol abuse has been found among women
having abortions, bringing with it greater risk of
violent behavior, divorce, auto accidents, and job loss.
After their abortions, women are also more likely to
abuse drugs, exposing them to other health and safety
risks. There are many other manifested in the post
abortion behaviour of women who abort their babies.”
“Studies examining the records of over 50,000 California
Medicaid patients from 1989-1994 found women who aborted
having 2.6 times more psychiatric admissions in the
first 90 days following pregnancy than women giving
birth and 17% higher mental health claims over the
following four years. For some women, abortion appears
to lead to eating disorders such as binge eating,
bulimia, and anorexia. Others become reckless, or
attempt to cut or injure themselves. Women who have
abortions are twice as likely to become heavy smokers
and are more likely to continue smoking during
subsequent pregnancies, increasing the risk of
developmental malformations or fetal death”.

ECONOMIC IMPACT OF ABORTION
Some folks make the ungodly
argument that there is an economic benefit to abortions. Nothing
could be further from the truth. If you can justify abortion
based upon some falsely perceived economic benefit, then you
have a heart that is as dark and as wicked as it gets. The only
person that benefits economically from an abortion is the devil
that performs it. Abortion has made for a much smaller work
force with fewer taxes being paid than what would have been had
there been no abortions. Abortions cut the available pool of
workers available to pay taxes and to pay into social security.
Facts are stubborn things for the pro baby killers to contend
with. Abortions have led to a reduced population with less
people needing the support of what would have been an expanded
economy to meet their needs. Here is some of the impact
documented by the National Right To Life Committee:
1. 17,250,839
more people would be employed.
2. $398,900,760,733
earned by those employees.
3. $11,105,397,179
contributed to Medicare.
4. $47,485,146,558
contributed to Social Security.
5. 3,432,000
more retired workers could receive average monthly social
security benefit check.
6. 2,165,707
more people could receive Medicare Hospital Insurance.

that had the murdered babies been allowed to live that there
would have been a much expanded jobs market to feed, clothe, and

WHO HAS ABORTIONS?
The following facts are
quoted from the web site
http://www.abort73.com/
.
In 2008, 84.3% of all
abortions were performed on unmarried women (CDC). Women living
with a partner to whom they are not married account for 25% of
abortions but only about 10% of women in the population (NAF).
Women between the ages of 20-24 obtained 33% of all abortions in
2008; women between 25-29 obtained 24% (CDC). In 2008, women
aged 20-29 years had the highest abortion rates (29.6 abortions
per 1,000 women aged 20-24 years and 21.6 abortions per 1,000
women aged 25-29 years) (CDC). 50% of U.S. women obtaining
abortions are younger than 25; women aged 20-24 obtain 33% of
all U.S. abortions and teenagers obtain 17% (AGI). In 2008,
adolescents under 15 years obtained .05% of all abortions, but
had the highest abortion ratio, 821 abortions for every 1,000
live births (CDC). 47% of women who have abortions had at least
one previous abortion (AGI). Black women are more than 4.8 times
more likely than non-Hispanic white women to have an abortion,
and Hispanic women are 2.7 times as likely (AGI). The abortion
rate of non-metropolitan women is about half that of women who
live in metropolitan counties (NAF). The abortion rate of women
with Medicaid coverage is three times as high as that of other
women (NAF). 37% of women obtaining abortions identify
themselves as Protestant, and 28% identify themselves as
Catholic (AGI). At current rates, nearly one-third of American
women will have an abortion (AGI).

WHY ARE ABORTIONS PERFORMED?
In 2004, the Guttmacher Institute anonymously surveyed 1,209
post-abortive women from nine different abortion clinics across
the country. Of the women surveyed, 957 provided a main reason
for having an abortion. This table lists each reason and the
percentage of respondents who chose it.

Note the following information as to why women say they have
abortions:
On average, women give at least 3 reasons for
choosing abortion: 3/4 say that having a baby would
interfere with work, school or other responsibilities;
about 3/4 say they cannot afford a child; and ½ say they
do not want to be a single parent or are having problems
with their husband or partner (AGI). Only 12% of women
included a physical problem with their health among
reasons for having an abortion (NAF). One per cent (of
aborting women) reported that they were the survivors of
rape (NAF). |
The National Right To Life
Committee in an article published in January 2004 listed
thirteen different arguments that women give as justification
for abortion. These are:
1. This
could mean the end of my hopes and dreams.
2. It’s
just a blob of tissue.
3. It’s
my body, my choice.
4. I
can’t face my parents.
5. The
baby’s better off.
6. I
can’t afford a child or care for one right now.
7. People
will look down on me for being pregnant.
8. There
are already too many mouths to feed.
9. Abortion
involves a basic conflict between the rights of the mother and
the child. Something has to give.
10. Women
are going to have abortions anyway, so at least make them legal
and safe.
11. Abortion
is better than teen motherhood.
12. The
fate of feminism is tied to the “freedom to choose”.
13. Abortion
is a religious matter between a woman and her God.
To read a little more in depth analysis from the article itself
please click this link:
The emotional and spiritual
wickedness and total disrespect for the sanctity of life is
reflected in all these arguments. God does not allow mothers to
choose between their so-called rights and the killing of an
innocent baby. God does not allow the shedding of innocent
blood. It is God that gives the conception and only God can
rightfully take away the conception.
DEALING WITH THE ABORTIONISTS AND
ABORTION ADVOCATES
The National Right To Life
Committee has prepared an 18 page booklet that instructs
pro-life folks how to deal with the arguments of the
pro-abortionists. This pamphlet is titled “When They Say...You
Say”. In this pamphlet, they deal with the six different
arguments that are used by the abortionists in defending their
demands to have the monstrous option to kill babies. Under these
six arguments, there are 31 separate questions discussed. These
are:
ARGUMENT 1 –
It’s not a human being/person – it’s just a blob of tissue
●
do not impose your religion on me
●
the fetus is just a part of the woman's
body; it’s not a baby
●
an egg and a sperm are also human life –
the fetus is only a potential human being
● it’s
not a person; it has no meaningful life
● a
fetus is not a person until quickening
● no
one really knows when life begins/life begins at birth
ARGUMENT 2 – A woman has the right to control her own body
● even
if the unborn is a human being we can't force a woman to carry a
pregnancy to term against her will
● everyone
has the right to choose
● every
woman should have the right to control her own body, aka
"reproductive freedom"
● it’s
a private decision between a woman and her doctor – the
government should stay out of our bedrooms!
● an
unmarried girl shouldn't have to be embarrassed by carrying her
pregnancy to term or have the pain of placing her baby for
adoption
● women
won't ever have equal rights if abortion isn't an option
● some
women have no other choice
● I'm
personally opposed but . . .
ARGUMENT 3 – Every child a wanted child and other social
arguments
● it's
unfair to bring an unwanted child into this world
● bearing
“unwanted” children leads to child abuse
● the
poor need to limit their children or they will be forever on
welfare
● the
majority of Americans are pro-choice
● overpopulation
and quality of life
● separation
of church and state – can't legislate morality
ARGUMENT 4 – Back-alley abortions
● tens
of thousands will resort to back alley abortions and women will
die
● abortion
is safer than childbirth
● abortion
is easy and painless
● abortion
may be the best answer for the woman at this time in her life
ARGUMENT 5 – The hard cases
● what
if the woman's life is threatened
● what
if the baby has a deformity
● what
if the woman was raped or was the victim of incest
ARGUMENT 6 – The Ad Hominem – Attack the speaker!
● “You’re
a man.”
● “You’re
too old to have children.”
● “How
many children have you adopted?”
● No
matter what the personal attack, remember to go back to basics.
Abortion is the ultimate human rights issue; that’s why we ALL
have the right to speak out about this issue.

KILLING
We do not agree
with the National Right To Life Committee on this
entry. We believe that the proper Bible term is
murder. Killing can take many forms: many of which
are justified in the Bible including killing someone
in combat and the death penalty for capital offenses.
We realize there is a legal aspect to this National
Right To Life Committee provision. When you refer to
a specific individual or organization as being
guilty of murder that technically makes you liable
to a lawsuit since the "killing" of unborn babies is
not against the law. A word of warning is in order.
To protect yourself legally, when speaking in
generalities always refer to abortion as murder.
When addressing issues related to specific
individuals or specific organizations always refer
to the murders committed by the abortionist(s) as
killings.
|
MURDER

This booklet also gives some
instructions on how to deal with the media when discussing
abortion. The full booklet is located

Committee's web site at the following link:
In concluding this article we present some of the questions that
are asked and some of the issues that are raised by abortionists
when trying to justify abortion.
|
1. |
WHAT IF A CHILD IS UNWANTED?
The rejoinder to that question is: What if a mother who never
wanted an abortion had a child and then two years later decided
that she did not want the child anymore? Would it be okay for
her to murder the child? This is no laughing matter. There are
now groups in Europe who are pushing for post birth abortions
which by current legal definitions are outright murders.
|
2. |
WHAT IF THE MOTHER CANNOT
AFFORD THE CHILD? The rejoinder to that question is:
Should the mothers who now have children who are living in
poverty be allowed to kill those children because they cannot
afford them. What of the mother who loses her husband while she
is raising a 3 year old boy. Should she be able to murder that
child because she can no longer afford him?
|
3. |
WHAT IF THE BABY IS DEFORMED?
The rejoinder to this question is: What if a four year
old girl is involved in an accident and losses both of her legs?
Would it be okay to murder her because she is now deformed?
There are huge numbers of children and adults that were born
with birth defects or have lost limbs to accidents or have
disfigured faces because of accidents. Would it be okay to
murder them because they are deformed and/or disfigured?
|
4. |
WHAT IF THE MOTHER IS ADDICTED
TO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL? (This one assumes that because the
mother is addicted to drugs, then the baby is too.) This one
here is really outrageous! The rejoinder(s) to this are: If we
are going to murder the baby because he or she might be addicted
to drugs or alcohol, then why don’t we just murder the mother
too who we know is addicted to drugs or alcohol? While we are at
it, why don’t we just go ahead and gather up all the alcoholics
and drug addicts and murder them too.
|
5. |
WHAT IF THE WOMAN WAS RAPED?
There are a number of rejoinders to this question. What
if a mother, who was the victim of rape, has a six year old son
who looks just to much like his rapist father and she decides
she wants to murder that six year old son? Should she be allowed
to do that? The wrong of rape cannot be righted by the wrong of
abortion. Rape is an act of violence against a woman that cannot
be righted by another act of violence against the woman and her
unborn child. As a civilized people, we should never do wrong to
right a wrong and that is especially true for Christians. A
solution to this problem would be adoption. In a study done by
William Robert Johnson, it was documented that the number of
times that rape is cited as a reason for getting an abortion
constituted 0.3% of all abortions performed [http://www.johnstonsarchive.net/policy/abortion/abreasons.html
: Accessed on November 1, 2017].

.
For
the year 2014, when 926,240 abortions were performed, that would
mean that approximately 2,778 abortions were performed where
rape was cited as the reason for the abortion.
|
6. |
WHAT IF THE WOMAN IS A VICTIM
OF INCEST? Incest is a crime that involves rape in the
vast majority of the cases. There are very few cases that
involve “consensual” sex. The arguments against abortion for
incest are essentially the same as those for rape. In either
case, the life of an innocent child is taken. In a study done by
William Robert Johnson it was documented that the number of
times that incest is cited as a reason for getting an abortion
constituted 0.03% of all abortions performed.

For the year 2014, when 926,240 abortions were performed, that
would mean that approximately 278 abortions were performed where
incest was cited as the reason for the abortion.
|
7. |
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO TO
CONTROL THE POPULATION “EXPLOSION”? This one here
expresses the real goal of the abortionists and that is
population control. If we study the population statistics for
the United States, it is a red herring because the Washington
Post reported that "2006 marked the first time in 35 years that
the U.S. fertility rate was high enough to sustain a stable
population".[http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/12/20/AR2007122002725.html
: Accessed November 1, 2017] .
FOR THE FULL DOCUMENT FROM THIS WEB SITE CLICK HERE
. From 1972-2005 the U.S. birth rate was below replacement (the
rate necessary for a given generation to exactly replace
itself)”. The assumption that the murder of babies is necessary
for population control does not stop there. If we can justify
the murder of babies under the false pretext of population
control, then euthanasia and the execution of the handicapped
and undesirables can be justified under the false pretext of
population control. It is the same false pretext that Adolph
Hitler used during World War II to justify the genocide of 6
million Jews and millions of others that he considered to be
undesirables. Adolph Hitler’s death camps were eugenics on super
steroids. It does not stop there either. In some countries it is
now legal to carry out euthanasia for mentally ill persons who
request it regardless of their age. We will not execute a
murderer because he was not in his so-called right mind when he
committed the murder, yet we will allow the execution of
innocent mentally ill persons?!? America’s abortion death camps
make Hitler look like a saint when compared to the American
abortionists. |
Many women today are aborting
their babies in a process called “sex-selection abortion”. If
the baby is not the gender they want, they abort the baby.
Abortion for the purpose of sex selection has been outlawed in
some states. In the current rabidly perverted and reprobate
environment in America, what recourse will parents have if at
some time in the future a gender selected child wants to have a
sex change operation? Not only is that scenario possible, it is
a highly likely. That is what happens when reprobate men and
women try to set aside God’s laws regulating sexual conduct to
feed their perverted sexual desires.
America’s sexual revolution has been paid for by the blood of
aborted babies. |
