was added because of transgressions, till the seed
should come to whom the promise was made; and it was
ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. 20 Now a
mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is
one. 21 Is the law then against the promises of
God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which
could have given life, verily righteousness should have
been by the law. 22 But the scripture hath concluded all
under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ
might be given to them that believe. 23 But before faith
came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith
which should afterwards be revealed. 24 Wherefore the
law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ,
that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after that
faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that
dwelleth in me. 21 I find then a law, that, when I would
do good, evil is present with me. 22 For I delight in
the law of God after the inward man: 23 But I see
another law in my members, warring against the law of my
mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin
which is in my members. 24 O wretched man that I am! who
shall deliver me from the body of this death? 25 I thank

Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than

offered to idols, and from blood, and from things
strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep
yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. 30 So when
they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they
had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the

rejoiced for the consolation.

shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as

the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part
of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong,
and partly broken. 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed
with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the
seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another,
even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days
of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom,
which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall
not be left to other people, but it shall break
in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall
stand for ever. 45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the
stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and
that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay,
the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known
to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the
dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof

men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more
utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely

pure conscience. 10 And let these also first be proved;
then let them use the office of a deacon, being found
blameless. 11 Even so must their wives be
grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things. 12
Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling
their children and their own houses well. 13 For they
that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to
themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the
faith which is in Christ Jesus.

For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest
set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain
elders in every city, as I had appointed thee: 6 If any
be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful
children not accused of riot or unruly. 7 For a bishop
must be blameless, as the steward of God; not
selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no
striker, not given to filthy lucre; 8 But a lover of
hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy,
temperate; 9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath
been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both
to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let
us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh
and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Ephesians 5:11-12
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of
darkness, but rather reprove them. 12 For it is a shame
even to speak of those things which are done of them in
